:welcome: hello everyone I am working on building a menu that I would like all of you to participate in if you would . I wanted to make this project on all of your native foods that you love so everything that you like to eat that other people might not know. I'm looking forward to seeing what you all have and I will try to create your dish at home . Hopefully we will find something new that we live and experience something different . Thank you all and again looking forward to it .

ok dogmeat here you go, this is a simple but very divine dish if you like oysters !
one can of store shelf oysters (chicken of the sea or any such brand will do, as long as it has liquids with the oysters.
5 to 6 slices of american cheese ; the unwrapped individual slices tend to be better in flavor ( my choice of the betterment)
fill oyster can with whole milk
add all ingredients in a pan at medium heat
when beginning to get warm add white pepper and cayenne if the heat is desired !
once the cheese and milk has melded, and spice has been added, get the crackers, and enjoy !

best wishes
