The Journey of the Leaf Guided Meditation it the natural way!

Relax into a comfortable position, whether it be in the forefront of your busy state of mind & awareness or the back of your mind and awareness. Find a seat in there that you are drawn to sit down in and be at ease within yourself and in your own skin. If you haven't already grounded, ground now, in the way that sits naturally right with you and protect in the way that's naturally right with you – if you have a sacred space – now is the journey to venture there so that you feel safe and secure before starting this journey.

Breathe in deeply for four counts to relax, 1,2,3,4, breathe out to relax, 1,2,3,4, when you are ready, do this 3 more times to simply breathe out all negative stress and tension that is collected within your body, lower and upper halves of your body. When you are ready to focus anew, start by visualizing a beautiful beam of white light descending down from the heavens, the heart of the universe and as it makes its way down through the misty miasma, on route through the earth's surface mist, on route for your sacred space and humble place of abode at this point in time, you can breathe out easy again and accept this beautiful beam of white light descending in through your crown chakra, filling ALL of your being, all of your inner self and higher self, filling all space filling it with love and as you relax further, you visualize ALL of that which is serving you no good be pushed out of your aura field, vacating every nook and cranny, you start by feeling a little bit lighter as you still stay seated in your position of calm and inner peace.

When you reach this stage of calmness, begin to visualize a golden brown leaf – picturing the detail – right back to the stem. See its veins in the leaf, picture the shape of it, the depth and the texture of it, how it feels in your hands. Picture the size of it – whether its big – or small- and visualize it twisting on its stem. Watch as it breaks off from the stem and zooms through the air, landing on a silver stream of the river's tide.

Follow the tide of the river as it flows carrying the leaf further and further away from your awareness and your mindset. This leaf is your collection of thoughts all jumbled into one leaf. You can put all your negative thoughts into your leaf and watch its journey forward. Carry on watching the flow of the river carry away the leaf straight to the mouth of the estuary and into the sea where all of your worries, burdens, doubt, restless thoughts, anxiousness, feelings, of negative and ill repute that do not belong to you, flow into the sea energy where they can be cleared and cleansed by the depths of the sea's clearing energy.

When you are ready, come back to your mind & awareness, your mindset should at this point be feeling a lot more freer in thoughts and a lot less cluttered & busy. You can thank the river for its energies at the end of the meditation and the leaf for its presence in the part of the journey carrying your thoughts away.

Remember when this is finished to take some sips of water and ground/protect if you feel the need to again.

More than welcome, RedTornado86. I write guided meditations a lot but rarely use them, lol, bad habit, but you are more than welcome to use this, just glad it helps somebody!
