So earlier today I had contact with my husbands mother. who had passed away. I have never seen a picture of her until I described her to him. There were two big changes. She had no tattoos and her hair was brown.. HOW CAN THAT BE?

I've heard of spirits looking as they were before physical changes. The tattoos could be explained as being only on her physical body, and it may be she dyed her hair.
