I can definitely see in your picture that you have the weight of the world on you. I would suggest you take time out to put yourself first and get away for a little while from the stresses you're dealing with. Some things might be responsibilities you have to maintain, but perhaps you can still find some free time to make "me time". If you're feeling down you should definitely speak with a local doctor or therapist and they can help you with further guidance.
On the bright side, I can sense that things won't always be this bad for you, in fact I can see it getting *a lot* better. For a lot of people the troubles of life are things they'll have to live with forever, but I feel you're going to reach a stage where you will be able to look back on this and breathe a sigh of relief. So don't give up, stay strong and don't be afraid to seek out support.
