Hi twinkletoes

This sounds to be a typical process - vision/rendition for what takes place during a successful regression session via hypnosis.
When the playing of random events come into the minds focus, and you begin to recall past, it leaves you to question if anything has happened at all.. Simply because it tends to roll from conscious thought to that of random unfamiliar scenes that leaves you to wonder "why would I even think that or visualize that, it makes no sense?"
Many people afterwards brush this off as thinking ... humm nothing seemed to happen because I don’t feel like I really left the conscious states of being normal and awake... as if I were merely daydreaming and stuff started popping in to my visual mind set.
That is the mark of a good session actually.. at lest it was for how I felt and watched others experience it in and out of hypnosis.
Good job .. thanks for sharing.

Now then next agenda:
How do you feel about all this after the fact?
Keep in mind one thing; it was then , and this is now for where you choose to be.
Don't allow any anxiety of any suspect past, create an obstacle in your current pathway.
Rather, allow this type of discovery segment to become a part of your growth and affirmation for what may be an alteration to your belief system ( in matters of multiple lives ) that pushes us forward within our spiritual progression and attempts of perfection to each life experience.
