I tend to trust my instincts about leaving places, or doing things. I have been held up for reasons that seem silly, only to find had I left at the time I was supposed to, I may have been involved in an accident or something
this happens A LOT

I find that for the most part I just seem to know the message or the reason why I might experience something paranormal.  I seem to know when it's one of my guides or a visiting spirit.  I find my guides are around more when I'm going through a tough time and I can just feel the support they are offering me.
