I am SpiritualLilac and I have experienced extraordinary abilities since I was a child.  I was born in 1994 and have not been comfortable revealing my abilities to people, including my family and close friends, until recently.

Here is a video of myself (after having meditated for 2 previous hours and having practiced for another 20 minutes).  I was only able to keep a brief connection but my attempt was successful.  In the first video (the original, unedited version) you will see how I tried to re-establish the same connection but was unable to do so, resulting in an extra minute of unactive video time.  My Best recommendation is to watch the enhanced version (second video) or the third video.  Each video is shorter than the previous.:

I too am an indigo child.  I have been very grateful to also have experienced the crystaline energies/frequencies as though I were a crystal child, which has helped me greatly in Healing.

It is all about the energy in and around us.  It is what Is.  Energy is in everything, is everything.  So we are all connected (animate and inanimate) through energy.  If you meditate on this and accept the energy and build your own personal understanding with it it will be easier for you to direct its flow.
