Any members experienced a MILAB(Military Abductions)?

Advanced races don't typically abduct (the ones who abduct are just following their orders, but are usually just cogs in the grand scheme of things). It's true that the Reticulans could abduct to be working with the government, but their orders are to deceive humans. They don't want to do it because they do have a conscience, are more like us than even they want to admit, but they are not in a position where they can do something different which should tell you something about those with the most power in the universe.
