I cant get into chat??

Hi all im trying to log into chat and cant. Ive been trying for quiet a while. I havnt used teh chat room for along time so my old chat name comes up if i try log in with that, it doesnt work... or if i use my username and password i still cant log in. It sais username invalid??

Any ideas of how to get in as ive been trying for quiet a while?

She has been helping me try to get into chat, but every time it just keeps trying to load. Im not sure what else to do. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

It sounds like a java problem to me, google java and when u are on their website you should have an option that says check if you have the latest java. U can try to clear your internet history and cookies as well See you soon Manuela
