Today i woke up sorta to me I think being out of body. I could barely move my hands and I felt a pressure keeping me down.  Then I thought I was being spiritually attacked, then I said get out with feeling and slight bit of anger. when I still couldn't move after repeated attempts I finally asked my guides to help defend me, then nothing happened. After that i called upon arch angel Michael to help me. When still nothing seemed to work I pushed my hands up and felt the energy of something and I had trouble moving my arms up and my arms seemed to flail around a bit then I tried to get out of my bed slowly of coarse because of the massive pressure that was on me I felt like I weighed very heavy it was upsetting at the time. then later I seemed to just almost like feel like i was pushed back to my body it was an odd feeling then I got up. It was crazy.

My son told me he once astral and saw me and our family sleeping and that when he walking around it felt like he can see things differently and felt more lighter even if could fly from what he said'
