im curious as to if a animal can be a actual past on person. i guess i wonder this as the way one of my cats act sometime it suddenly pops in my head he reminds me of someone and when he looks at me its like hes smiling and like i can see someone, a man but im not sure who. i no this sounds completely crazy. can you have familiars if he isnt a person. sometimes when im with my cat this image pops in my head of a man or i find myself thinking you remind me of him. could my spirit guide of transfered into my cat or i dunno. i no ive officially gone crazy. i think if these wierd things keep happening to me im guna b off to stone bow. i dont get any of these vibes with my female cat just my male. have i just gone potty??

Pets can stay behind, and its very sad. They are not stupid by any means but they are more simple, and the idea of death is lost to most of them. There energy can stay behind if they died strong, I.E they did not die of sickness or old age. Pets will still think they are apart of the family and will act as such, sleeping in there old spot, following you around,  and sometimes even try to interact with you. As you can imagine this is very upsetting for them, because from there perception there owner suddenly stopped playing/ paying attention to then after they got "hurt" and no matter what they do they owner just wont acknowledge them. I've only seen one "haunting" or the spirit of a pet acting in a "malevolent" and here is why. The owner had a Great Dane name Roxy, now the owner had Roxy sense she was a puppy and the owner was very attached to his dog. Unfortunately Roxy had Addisons Disease and it killed her pretty quick. And i believe it was because it killed her quickly her energy was still there, now normally that would not be a problem, normally after seeing her owner " ignoring" her, she would move on. The only problem was that the owner was sensitive to energies, and someone times he would hear her trying to get his attention or pawing at his leg, and because he was giving her attention she stayed behind trying harder and harder just to get him to respond. When i went over there she was getting bad, because she learned if she barked at night when the owner was sleeping  the owner would respond to her, he could even call her and you could hear her running. Now she was not being bad, she was just trying to get the attention of her owner, and he was giving it her so she stayed. I had to talk with the owner and tell them in order for Roxy to move on, they had to stop giving her attention, and that was the hardest part. If you've every owned a pet you know how hard to ignore a pet who only wants your attention, is sad, that's the only way to put it, and it hurts to know that your hurting them. But its the only thing the owner could do at this point, and Roxy went away after some time. The owner got a new dog a few years later and they are happy
