part of it defines energy as a "piece" or matter, and therefore a miniscule weight to energy. It would be so small a weight that it would be undetectable, but with energies of certain kinds containing weight, this could indicate that the life of a body could potentially leave the body and "move on."

See as soon as you start saying that it potentially has weight or is measurable/quantifiable then you enter the realm of proving it. Even if the weight was minuscule, you could still find it. Especially considering the fact that we have a rather very large ammount of cells... That adds up!

It's like that old theory that the soul weight roughly 7 grams. Some people explain the body difference before and after death to rigor mortis and other bodily fluid escaping.

For the record i think it is quantifiable, but in order to find it, you have to know what you are looking for!

Well I have an understanding of the spirit and soul and none of them exist within the cells. Although cells are energy....everything in existence is energy so no change there. My belief is that it is the spirit that carries the personality and yes personalities can change, but that is usually attached to some trauma. Trauma changes us whether its physical or psychological and both affect each other. Physical trauma causes psychological trauma and psychological trauma can cause the body to break down physically. Both of these would effect the spirit. The soul is a whole other energy separate from the spirit. Both are energies but both have different connections and duties if you will.
I have never believed the idea that the soul weighs 7 grams. What does sunlight weigh? It is real, measurable and yet weighs nothing.
But in saying all this, this is my understanding I have taken from my own personal experiences and teachings from my guide and angel.
We all start somewhere and we learn along the way.

No Idea of the 7 grams. Interesting but it doesnt matter whether its light or heavy. What I believe is that Soul is neutral energy that can take on energy levels. The universe is one Conscious. How does it see itself, through us. How does the Universe incarnate itself, through its various forms. In truth, we are all connected and one of a whole just like the cells constituting our body.

The level of energy that the soul is given and the type of conscious goes through a journey where the soul lives through all types of emotions and attachments. Soul, but, is sinless and indestructible relative to the highest level of Consciousness.

Haha, thanks, but if only I could find what I was looking for. It would be nearly impossible, though.  Undecided

Great point. Smiley The weight of a photon wouldn't be measurable, so a single ring or spring of energy or "soul" probably wouldn't be, either. How do you think of the soul, then, if it can be said it is in your body at all?

That really fascinated me. I hadn't thought of it that way, but it makes sense. Interesting idea! Smiley
