Does this happen to everyone

Hello i was wondering if this happens to everyone as soon as i lay down to go to bed i see hypo images. They are the 5 to 10 sec dreams umm like when your entering the trance state to project. But why would i be getting them so fast after i lay down i am not even relaxed that i no of.

If you regularly practice putting yourself into a lucid state when you go to bed, you may simply be training your mind to reflexively respond in this way. It sounds like hypnopompic hallucinations to me. It's nothing to worry about if it's not bothering you.

Yes, it is normal. It also happens with me.
