Hey Nessa, thanks for your response, nice to hear feedback on my posts.    Most people that I've spoken to in the past have all been quite fine.  I haven't done it in a long time, except a young lady I knew died of cancer, funeral last week - I did hear a couple of things for her and she's fine.  I passed them on to her best friend and bought her the book "Hello From Heaven" by Judy Guggenhiem.  In that book it explains the many ways you can get messages from friends and family without the use of a psychic medium.  You could get a copy online, Amazon.com for under a dollar, a used copy
