It really is good for your skin too. I use it in my salad too... Actually I just use lettuce a t spoon of brown sugar and mix It together... It is so delicious....

i started using acv when we decided we wanted another baby. i have quite sever pcos so we were told not to get our hopes up.
i have to say i did just take 2 tbs in 8oz of water daily.
Alot of my symptoms eased with in a week or so. the hot flushes went wasnt scamping my mood got alot better my skin cleared up. i started finally loosing some weight. after 5 months of taking it daily (odd slip up where i just couldnt bare the taste) and i found out i was expecting.

I know have a gorgeous 8 mths old daughter and i do put this down to acv if i hadnt used it i think i probably would have had to either give up or give in and have ivf.

i will be starting it again soon, just to ease symptoms this time though Roll Eyes

Winged wolf, I love your story! It further confirms that I think apple cider vinegar is beneficial to all. It helped eliminate my dyshidrotic eczema. I say eliminated because I haven't had an outbreak since I started using it despite me trying everything to get an outbreak which would have usually done the job. Grin

Skin is looking better and my acid reflux is doing better than before.

Also cleared up the athlete's foot. Grin

All in all, pretty good.

Of course I am usually the cloudy kind of apple cider vinegar with the mother not the really clear stuff you can get. It is a little bit more expensive but works.
