I have experience in Photography and Professional Adobe programs. By eye sight this is certainly a child but would easily, as we say, have been 'photoshopped' so it's very hard to identify an original. Take a view at youtube under key words such as, 'How to Photoshop ghosts/spirits in pictures' and you may be surprised that in many ways pictures are sort of useless sadly.
