The only thing I can see here is an orb shape mear the ceiling, this could be either dust or a genuine orb, I will have to look more closely to find out.
Could you give us more information on the photo, what is it you see, where are we supposed to look etc.

I see a dark shadow above the chair, lower right  side of the china cabinet. I also see a large orb shape by the ceiling light. is it possible that is a glare from a lamp or plate
