Unfortunately the orbs "rising from the ground" do nothing to suggest that there is any paranormal activity occuring here, in fact they do quite the opposite.

Rain drops are moving objects, which travel quite fast through the air. They are still moving when a camera takes a picture of them, so the tail of the orb is actually the rain drop moving downwards during the time it takes the camera to open and close the shutter aka the exposure time. It doesn't have to have been noticeable raining for this to happen, airbone droplets are quite common particularly in the cooler winter months.

Do try and have a go at this, taking photographs in a downpour, you can get some pretty amazing effects with this too.
