hi guys got this photo in my garden

This one is a tad more unusual then what we normally see, but I would have to say I don't think it is a ghost pic for 2 reasons

1) in my opinion, I don't think ghosts looks like mists and orbs (and I have seen ghosts!)
2) in my opinion, based on research and many years of study + experiments, I think it is not possible for ghosts to appear on camera when the flash has been fired and that the flash would actually hide any ghosts if they were present.

The fact that there is something highly reflective off the ground means you can't rule out this being the cause of the misty apparition, especially if it is combined with low lying vapour normally found in the air at night.

As usual, these are just my opinions and I think it is an interesting pic none the less.

I don't really know for certain, but it does look from the photo itself like it hasn't due to the areas which are highlighted. The stairs near the camera are darker then they are at the top which would suggest that the light source isn't the camera.

Goldfinch , wow thats a great capture, i see the man very clearly, regardless of camera flashes etc, this pic is brilliant. Well done .
