A psychic told me before I go to bed to pray to them and let them know I wannted to find out their name and if they wanted me to do anything. Hasnt worked yet.

Tried your meditation - it was very helpful.  I had already met my guide just very recently but i asked him to come back - he made clear he was there most of the time anyway.  I feel kinda silly and shy about this but what i experienced also was a sort of singing - it was tonal- kinda tribal - all 5 idk - i don't think angels but maybe elements - me included so me plus 4 elements perhaps - going ahhhhh in harmony with each other and my totem animal - panther joined the group, just to circle around and sort of just walk around and then sit and watch and apparently isn't altogether fond of my guide -  and i'm thinking is this all my imagination?  It seemed to be happening without my effort though - especially the singing - like a one word mantra that never stops - ahhhh in different harmonic notes, me one of them and for my part i did have to actively participate and when i stopped then i was subtly encouraged to keep going and then the others would sound stronger and stronger.  But then my shield started to come down to the left of me and so i had to zip it up and then again and i was getting tired after a while so asked them all to stop and they did.  WEIRD!!! HUH?

Am i out of my mind?  The more i get into this stuff the more intense it's starting to be and things are coming almost too quickly.  Like i opened a door and at first a trickle started coming out and now practically a flood - a little overwhelming!!


If someone reads this and thinks i'm clear out of my mind i'd like to know it.
