Participating members  with a minimum 10 'quality' posts of the forums can ask for readings.
Members who have been here at least two weeks and have contributed 25+ posts on the forums can offer readings ....

Chatroom tips- rules - This addresses NO NO's
Chatroom FAQ's - an overview of chat, why you can't Private Message until 25 posts on the forums, how to get a reading, etc
