Not in my experience.  I have recall of a number of live experiences with a twin flame, and through my work on past lives with spirit guide have discovered that this soul and I have not met in every incarnation.

I have saved some web pages on the difference between Twin Flames and Soulmates. I guess the difference is that Twin Flames are your other half( there is a legend or I guess theory you could say that mentions when we came from the source we were split into two halves and separated from each other, and therefore we spend forever trying to find our other half) and soulmates are people who you feel an extremely strong connection to and who come in and out of your life.

I don't think we have the pleasure of having or meeting our soulmates or twin flames in each life. Some of us are fortunate and some of us aren't.

Oh and Dae usually with Twin Flames that is how it is. Most of the time you don't get to spend eternity with them and there is always something keeping you apart.
