I think you can, I have felt a light tapping before and I have also felt a smooth stroke on my face )

I get constant taps on my right shoulder and upper right arm, as if someone is tapping me to get my attention. It used to happen a lot about 12 years ago, but it stopped when I moved out of the house I was living in at the time. It has started again, however.  I used to try to explain it away as a twitchy muscle, but I really feel that it is not. Never have  consistent muscle twitches in any other part of my body.
