When i first started to 'develop' it, I mainly tried meditation. Now while your meditating, your goal is to "not think", but for me it helped set aside my own feelings and thoughts, from that of the outside world.
Also, try practicing with reading, on people who are comfortable with it and believe you. It can be hard starting out because you cant find anyone who is willing to be read and legitimitely offer you supportive feedback. Mainly people go into readings trying to disprove the reader, and giving very objectionable feed back, which can damage the esteem of the reader and derail them from trying again! So if you are just starting out, maybe try meditation and reading people you trust (keep in mind for many people its hard to read people they already know), and switch it up a bit if you feel the sitter is not being fully empathetic. You need support while you develop!!!

i would like to take the gifts that i have to the next level. i want to see more and more clearly. i hope that makes sense. i would like to unblock the block i put on myself when i was younger. can anyone help with that?

I've found that I can go into people's homes and sense
electromagnetic energy. The feeling can be insense as the emf
emissions that emanate from some electrical sources go way beyond
normal. Many reports of ghosts stem from extreme emf sources and
they are often eliminated when they cease.
I've seen and heard ghosts in which some cases were witnessed by
impartial third parties. It's not a great thing to have psychic abilities
but it can help some people make sense out of the unexplained.

There are so many things you can do on your own to develop. Meditation is always at the top of everyone's list of recommendations. Another one I like to recommend is anytime you have a decision to make, stop and really feel which one of the possible options you are drawn to, dont just pick what seems logical. This helps you get in tune with your intuition. And keep a journal, it will further cement in your memory how these things work out for you and you can look back on them. Those are just a couple suggestions.
